Corporate Governance

The Management and operation of BriQ Properties are based on modern, dynamic and flexible Corporate Governance.

The Company applies the Greek Corporate Governance Code (EKED), published in June 2021, by the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council (ESED) and meets the requirements of the current regulatory framework (article 17 Law 4706/2020).
